Q I can't open the download URL listed in my order confirmation email.

Q I would like to know how to download the product I purchased.
A: If you pay by credit/debit card, the screen will go straight to the purchase completion screen, and you can download the music from there. You will also receive an automatic email saying "Thank you for your order (#00000)", and you can download the music from the "Download" button in that email.
Q I don't know how to open the downloaded file (ZIP file).

Q: Should I listen to MP3 or WAV?
A Generally, we recommend listening to uncompressed wav files at a moderate volume.MP3 is a format that compresses parts that do not affect the auditory sense (JPG in the image), so it would be quite difficult for someone with normal hearing to tell the difference from an uncompressed audio source.
